Active The Body Shop Coupon, Promo, Voucher & Discount Codes with Status

One code, one rule. OM7YO2 takes 10% off whether the product is at full price or already on offer. There’s no split between new and returning customers either, so you can use it on a first order or your fiftieth.

The best value comes from pairing it with a bundle. Say you grab 3 shower gels on the 3 for 99 offer. That’s AED 99 before the code. Apply OM7YO2 and you shave roughly another AED 10 off (I’d check the final total in your cart, since promotion mechanics can change how the discount is calculated).

Quick answers

Introduction

Here’s the short version: use code OM7YO2 at checkout and you get 10% off your Body Shop UAE order. It’s a Body Shop UAE coupon code that works on full-price products and on items already marked down, which most codes won’t do.

That matters because The Body Shop runs bundle deals almost constantly. Right now the site is pushing Buy 3 Get 1 Free, Shower Gels 3 for 99 and Body Butters 400ml 2 for 199. Stack a 10% code on top of a bundle price and the total drops further.

I built this guide from the store’s own delivery, returns and payment pages, then added the practical stuff those pages skip: which deals pair well with the code, where people trip up, and how the return rules change for sale items.

Active deals and discounts

First order discount

There’s no dedicated welcome code that I could find, so OM7YO2 does the job. It applies to your first order at the same 10% as everyone else. If you’re new to the brand, this is a decent time to try a full-size product rather than a mini.

Free shipping offers

Delivery is free above AED 149. Under that, standard delivery and Click & Collect both cost AED 20.

Sitting at AED 130? Add a lip balm or hand cream and you cross the line, which saves the AED 20 fee. That’s usually cheaper than paying for shipping on a near-miss basket.

Seasonal promotions

The Body Shop leans on seasonal ranges and gifting moments, with recent collections including Pumpkin, Vanilla and Summer Essentials. Gift sets tend to get pushed hard around Ramadan, Eid and year-end.

The store’s promotion paperwork currently runs from 25 September to 4 October 2026, so the live offers may change soon after you read this.

Clearance sale discounts

The site has a “Price Drop” section for reduced products. OM7YO2 still applies there, which is the reason this code beats a first-order-only one.

Pay attention to the return rules though. Discounted items and products bought during a sale can only be exchanged within the sale period. Check that before you buy a shade or scent you haven’t tried.

App exclusive deals

The Body Shop UAE has an iOS and Android app. The store’s own materials don’t list app-only pricing that I could confirm, so I won’t promise any. The app is handy for tracking orders and browsing offers, and coupon codes generally work the same as on the website.

Newsletter offers

There’s an email signup at the bottom of the site for exclusive offers. It won’t beat OM7YO2 on an ordinary day, but it’s the easiest way to hear about a sale before it starts. For More Deals & Offers See the Section of Beauty Coupons UAE .

How to apply a Body Shop UAE coupon code

1. Add your products to the cart.
2. Open your cart and go to checkout.
3. Find the discount or promo code field.
4. Type OM7YO2 in capital letters, with no spaces.
5. Hit apply and check that the total dropped by 10%.
6. Choose your payment method and place the order.

Watch for these mistakes:

• Pasting extra spaces. Copying from a page often grabs a trailing space. Retype it if it fails.
• Confusing the letter O with zero. The code starts with the letter O, then 7, then YO2 (also the letter O).
• Applying the code before your cart is final. Add or remove items first, then enter the code, then check the total.
• Expecting it to stack with another code. Most stores accept one promo code per order.

About The Body Shop UAE

The Body Shop is a British beauty brand founded in 1976, known for skincare, body care, hair, makeup and fragrance built around ingredients like tea tree, shea and vitamin C. In the UAE it’s run by Cosmetics Trading LLC, an authorized franchisee of the brand, based in Dubai.

The reputation is built on body butters and shower gels that people buy again and again. Ask around and someone always has a favorite scent (White Musk comes up more than most).

The UAE site sells skincare, bath and body, haircare, makeup, fragrance and gifts. You can shop online, use the app, or visit a store through the store locator on the site.

Best products to buy at The Body Shop UAE

Body butters. This is the hero category. The 400ml tubs are the best value per ml, and the 2 for 199 offer makes them cheaper still.

Shower gels. The 3 for 99 offer is the easiest win on the site. Buy your regular scent and one you’re curious about.

Skincare. Vitamin C, tea tree, Edelweiss and vitamin E ranges cover most skin types. The site lets you filter by skin type and concern, which saves guessing.

Fragrance. Body mists and travel sprays are the low-risk way to test a scent. White Musk and Black Musk are the names that keep showing up on the site’s popular ranges.

Gifts. Bath and body sets are filtered by price (under AED 100, AED 100 to 200, and above). Handy if you know your budget before you know the recipient.

The biggest markdowns show up in the Price Drop section and in bundle offers. Since OM7YO2 works on discounted items, that’s where I’d shop first.

Sale calendar and best times to save

I can’t give you exact dates or percentages, since The Body Shop announces these close to the event. White Friday and the year-end window are where I’d expect the best prices, and OM7YO2 gives you a further 10% on top if the items are eligible.

Payment methods

The site’s footer lists these payment options:

• Visa and Mastercard (credit or debit)
• Apple Pay
• Tabby
• Tamara

Google Pay and cash on delivery aren’t listed on the pages I checked, so don’t count on them. If you rely on either, confirm at checkout before you fill a big basket.

Tabby and Tamara let you split the total into instalments. Useful for a gift haul or a full skincare routine.

Shipping and delivery information

One order can arrive in more than one parcel. Don’t panic if half your basket shows up on a Tuesday and the rest on Thursday.

The site also carries a banner right now saying orders may be delayed and will be processed and dispatched from 1 October. If you need something by a specific date, contact customer care on 800111344 before you order.

Return and exchange policy

The rules are tighter than many shoppers expect.

• Return window: 7 days from receipt of your order.
• Condition: unused, in the original box and packaging, with the original invoice.
• Opened or tampered packaging: not accepted.
• Discounted or sale items: exchange only, and only within the sale period.
• Online exchanges: online orders are return-only. Store purchases can be exchanged in a branch within 7 days.
• Proof of purchase: required.

How refunds work. Prepaid orders are refunded 10 to 14 working days after the warehouse inspects the return. Card refunds go through the bank, which can take up to 10 more days. Delivery fees are deducted unless the product had a manufacturing defect.

How to start a return. Log into your account, open My Orders, choose Return/Exchange and pick collection or in-store drop-off. Aramex calls to schedule pickup, and The Body Shop covers the courier cost if you use their courier and follow the steps.

If you used Click & Collect, you can return the item at any store and get the paid amount refunded in cash on the spot.

Popular ranges at The Body Shop UAE

The Body Shop is a single-brand store, so the useful comparison is between its ranges.

Tea Tree. The go-to for oily or blemish-prone skin, with a haircare line too.

Vitamin C. A brightening line aimed at dull skin.

Shea. Rich body butters for dry skin, and the bestselling texture in the body care range.

White Musk. A signature fragrance family with body mists, perfumes and travel sprays.

Why shop from The Body Shop UAE?

Buying direct means you’re getting stock from the brand’s own franchisee, not a grey-market reseller. For skincare, that matters, since you’re putting it on your face.

Stores are the other advantage. You can test a scent before committing, and Click & Collect returns are refunded in cash.

Tips to save more at The Body Shop UAE

• Apply OM7YO2 on top of bundle deals like 3 for 99 or 2 for 199.
• Shop the Price Drop section, since the code works on discounted items.
• Check your cart total against AED 149 before paying. A small add-on can beat the AED 20 delivery fee.
• Join the Love Your Body Club, the brand’s loyalty program, listed on the site.

• Sign up for the newsletter before White Friday.

Common coupon problems and solutions

Coupon not working. Retype OM7YO2 by hand. Check the letter O versus zero, and clear any trailing space.

Expired code. The code was active when this page was last updated. If it stops, check back here.

Minimum spend requirement. I haven’t found a minimum spend tied to OM7YO2. The cart shows any condition when you apply it.

Brand exclusions. Some products (gift cards, for example) are commonly excluded from promo codes at many stores. If a particular item won’t take the code, that’s probably why.

New customer restrictions. None. OM7YO2 works for new and returning customers.

Sale item restrictions. None for this code. It applies to discounted and non-discounted items. The restriction is on returns, not on the coupon: sale items are exchange-only within the sale period.

Why trust this coupon guide

I check delivery, returns and payment details against The Body Shop UAE’s own pages, not against other coupon sites. Store policies get reviewed whenever this page is updated, and the coupon terms are reread each time.
